Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to properly submitted notices of alleged infringement.

Filing a notice

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the site administrator including all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to locate it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. Knowingly submitting a false claim may make you liable for damages.

What happens next

Valid notices are actioned promptly. We will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact details together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
